Tony Roma’s announced that the grand opening of its newest restaurant, located in Commack, New York, will take place on Thursday, December 11 with a ribbon-cutting planned for 10:00am. Together with several recent international openings, this opening continues the iconic brand’s global penetration in existing markets and strengthens its position in the New York metropolitan area.
“Our expansion in New York is a testament to Tony Roma’s signature food and beverages, which our guests around the world continue to seek out and enjoy,” said Ken Myres, president of Romacorp, Inc., the parent company of Tony Roma’s. “We’re excited to work with Steve and George Menexas as they continue to build their presence in the New York market and bring our world-famous ribs and delicious food to fans on Long Island.”
The restaurant is located a quarter-mile from the Long Island Expressway in the heart of Commack. It’s within walking distance to a shopping area with major retailers, giving shoppers a place to dine. The 6,500 square foot restaurant seats 220 people with a full-liquor bar and has 15 televisions situated throughout the dining room. An inviting outdoor seating area will be available starting this summer.
