Mike Smith Joins E Source as VP of Marketing and Sales
Boulder, CO (PRWEB) December 10, 2014 -- E Source is pleased to announce that Mike Smith has been hired as the new vice president of marketing and sales. In this role, he will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the marketing and sales teams and tasked with ensuring the organization’s continued growth and success.

Smith has been involved in the utility and information services business for 25 years. Before joining E Source, he was a VP at the Utility Analytics Institute, where he was responsible for product and business development. Earlier in his career, he was VP of Sierra Energy Group, the research and analysis division of Energy Central. Smith has led initiatives that have been at the forefront of utility technology developments, including founding the industry’s first publication and leading numerous research initiatives. He is a graduate of San Jose State University and a veteran of the US Army.
