Although Servcorp’s One World Trade Center offices aren’t scheduled to open until early 2015, the leader in the executive suites and virtual office industry just leased their first office space in the 34,775 square foot Manhattan space. The space, which was leased to entrepreneur Ali Chahrour, sits on the 85th floor of the historic building.

As an entrepreneur working on mega projects in the US and partner of Frontier Consulting, (http://www.frontier.fi), a global consulting firm that aids American companies in entering and growing their business in the emerging markets of the Middle East and Southeast Asia, Ali Chahrour believes he can best serve his American clients from a professional, serviced virtual office space. He recently moved to New York City from living between Dubai and Riyadh, and is excited to conduct business out of the symbolic New York City monument.

“Ali Chahrour is a prime example of the typical Servcorp client – successful, ambitious, motivated, and professional,” said Jennifer Goodwyn, Vice President at Servcorp USA. “We’re excited to open our doors to him and his business, and we hope he’s eager to work with Servcorp to help provide valuable services to his clients.”

Initially, Servcorp took on the space so they could provide single-person office users and entrepreneurs like Ali Chahrour with the opportunity to work from the prime Manhattan location. The new office space falls in line with Servcorp’s mission to place new offices in highly desired areas throughout the world, and is just one part of their American expansion initiatives.

Joined by influential powerhouses like Condé Nast, Servcorp hopes to attract successful entrepreneurs, like Ali Chahrour, to their One World Trade Center location.

“Our One World Trade Center location is just the latest upscale office space offered in a premium location around the world,” said Goodwyn. “From New York City to Shanghai and everywhere in between, we love giving our customers access to professional office space and state-of-the-art amenities no matter where they may live or prefer to conduct business.”
