Presidio Real Estate Expands to Salt Lake County
Draper, UT (PRWEB) December 15, 2014 -- In an effort to service their Salt Lake County clients, Presidio Real Estate, a real estate brokerage in Utah, has opened up an additional branch location in Draper, Utah. This comes on the heels of an expansive year for the company, nearly doubling their agents, staff and revenue. Presidio has been stationed in Utah County for nearly 4 years and will keep the branch running in Orem in addition to the Draper location.
"I am so happy to give the agents the convenience of the new location and look forward to providing our break-through model to others in Salt Lake," said Jennifer Yeo, owner and managing Principal Broker.
Sherry Carruth, who has been with the company for 3 years, will now serve as Branch Broker of the Orem location in Utah County. "I have been an Associate Broker with Presidio Real Estate for almost 3 years. I love being with Presidio, we strive to give you the attention and individual service that you get with a boutique agency, but also the efficiency and knowledge that is expected from a large national corporation. I am excited to see this company grow so our unique service can be shared with others," says Sherry.
Pamela Dutcher, the Agent Resource Manager says, "I'm so hyped up to be part of a forward-thinking company that focuses on truly helping agents build their businesses, while being part of a culture that encourages Realtors to be the best in their profession and have fun while doing it."
The moto, "Raising the Bar on Realtors (R)", is what Presidio is truly about. Their training focuses on setting ourselves apart professionally from other agents in the industry.
In addition, they have also added a preferred lender to the family. Zach Eastman of Eastman Financial Group has moved in-house at the Draper location. They are committed to the vision of growing agents databases through their programs and training. "It was a no-brainer to be a part of a company that gives to get," said Zach.
One of the many things that sets Presidio apart from all the other brokerages is that when an agent joins our team, they are given a full time, paid for, licensed assistant to help them grow their business while remaining efficient. “In a career where it can be difficult to make a good living, we are committed to putting more money into the pockets of agents in Utah,” said Jennifer Yeo. She went on to say, "Keeping our overhead low allows us to give back to who matters most, the agents."
The new office location is 11576 S State Street Suite 102B in Draper.
