FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Portland's ACR Analytics is pleased to announce a new partnership with San Francisco-based Optimizely, the world’s leading experience optimization platform. Effective immediately, ACR will work with Optimizely to offer test execution services that make experience optimization easier than ever for marketing organizations.

Split testing (also referred to as A/B testing or multivariate testing), one major component of experience optimization, is a method of conducting controlled, randomized experiments wherein incoming web traffic is distributed unknowingly between the original (control) and the different variations. The results from each variation are compared to determine which version showed the greatest improvement. This marketing methodology is frequently used to test changes to signup forms, registration pages, calls to action, or any other parts of a website where a measurable goal can be improved.

ACR’s expert staff will assist clients in developing a comprehensive testing strategy, implementing the Optimizely code (integrating with tag management systems as needed), creating and executing test plans, evaluating test results, and determining action plans. ACR will also provide ongoing testing services for clients that do not have testing staff in house, as well as personalized staff training for getting in-house testers up to speed with Optimizely.
