A native of Rainsville, Alabama, Scott attended Auburn University where he graduated with a degree in journalism. He has been an editor and designer for various print publications, as well as digital media director at print and television media outlets.
Scott's work has earned an Associated Press award, as well as the National Edward R. Murrow Award for Digital Media Excellence.
