The value of the units has been augmented by the impact windows and we believe will be an asset for the realtors and developers
Boca Raton, FL (PRWEB) December 11, 2014
SIW Windows and Doors was selected earlier this year as the exclusive window partner for the grand condo development, Tower 155, set to be developed in downtown Boca Raton. The Tower, which will be entirely residential, has attracted a lot of interest from both potential tenants and residential realty investors.
The developer began presenting showrooms earlier this month featuring SIW’s hurricane impact-resistant windows that all of the apartments will include. Abe Lopez, President and founder of SIW Windows and Doors commented:
“The units will truly be masterpieces. SIW is honored to have been chosen to be the window manufacturer and installer for the Tower 155 development project. The value of the units has been augmented by the impact windows and we believe will be an asset for the realtors and developers during this preliminary sales period.”
Tower 155 will be developed on the corner of Mizner Boulevard and East Boca Raton Road in the heart of downtown Boca Raton and will stand nine stories tall. The development of Tower 155 is part of a progressive residential redevelopment plan within downtown Boca Raton. The units which will range between 650 and 1,500 square feet will be listed from as low as $350,000 according to the developer.
Abe Lopez expounded on the downtown development project and the redevelopment plan: “The redevelopment plan for downtown Boca Raton has been sorely needed. This will hopefully be the first of a few new residential towers in the downtown Boca area. Residential towers however, must have hurricane impact resistant windows in South Florida. I’m extremely proud of our products and believe that our windows are aesthetically superior to our competitors and far exceed their impact windows and testing standards. We know that people purchase our product because of its unequaled protection and assume that charge with appreciation and diligence.”
