Boca Raton, FL (PRWEB) December 11, 2014 -- SIW Windows and Doors was selected earlier this year as the exclusive window partner for the grand condo development, Tower 155, set to be developed in downtown Boca Raton. The Tower, which will be entirely residential, has attracted a lot of interest from both potential tenants and residential realty investors.

The developer began presenting showrooms earlier this month featuring SIW’s hurricane impact-resistant windows that all of the apartments will include. Abe Lopez, President and founder of SIW Windows and Doors commented:

Tower 155 will be developed on the corner of Mizner Boulevard and East Boca Raton Road in the heart of downtown Boca Raton and will stand nine stories tall. The development of Tower 155 is part of a progressive residential redevelopment plan within downtown Boca Raton. The units which will range between 650 and 1,500 square feet will be listed from as low as $350,000 according to the developer.
