Magical History Tour Features Beatle Insider Bramwell
Seattle, Washington (PRWEB) December 11, 2014 -- It’s a magical history tour for Beatle fans joined on tour by a real-life longtime Beatle friend. BeatleTour.com, offering escorted group travel to Beatle historical sites in Liverpool and London today announces their exclusive “Bramwell’s Beatles Britain Tour” with guest British recording executive Tony Bramwell, along with their remaining 2015 Beatles tour schedule.
The Bramwell tour scheduled for April 12-19, 2015 features Tony Bramwell who grew up with the Beatles and later became the CEO of Apple Records. As part of the tour, Bramwell, will travel with the group to share his Beatles stories and adventures with tour members.
Bramwell’s Beatles Britain tour lasts seven nights and includes visits to all major Beatle sites in Liverpool and London, including John Lennon and Paul McCartney’s childhood homes, the Cavern Club, Strawberry Field and Penny Lane, George Harrison’s home Friar Park and Beatle filming locations in and around London. The tour of course stops for picture-taking at the famous Abbey Road crossing.
Bramwell got his professional start with the Beatles working for their manager Brian Epstein, and then for The Beatles at Apple – not only as a manager and an executive, but as an artist directing the video for their song “Lady Madonna".
Bramwell went on to head Apple Films before becoming CEO of Apple Records. After the Beatles split, he became an independent record promoter, representing Bruce Springsteen among others and establishing a niche coordinating and promoting music for films, including the James Bond film “Live and Let Die”, “Chariots of Fire” and “Dirty Dancing.”
Additional BeatleTour.com group tours this year are scheduled around important Beatle dates and events, including June 16-23 for Paul McCartney’s birthday; August 26-September 2nd for International Beatles Week and October 7-14 honoring John Lennon’s birthday.
New this year, BeatleTour.com includes options for travelers to go “Beyond the Beatles” and extend their stay to tour additional rock music sights, to shop and sightsee in London or to enjoy an adventure outside of London at Stonhenge, Cotswolds or the Harry Potter film studio.
