Frontier Airlines Names Deborah Price Vice President of Customer Experience

DENVER, Dec. 10, 2014 – Frontier Airlines today announced the appointment of Deborah (Debbie) Price as the low fare carrier’s new Vice President, Customer Experience. In the newly created position, Price will be responsible for Frontier’s InFlight and Airport Services teams expanding the carrier’s focus on delivering a superior low fare experience. She will report directly to Chief Operating Officer, Bill Meehan.

“I’d like to welcome Debbie to the dynamic new leadership team we’ve created at Frontier,” said Frontier Airlines CEO David Siegel. “Combining these two important customer facing departments is critical to providing a better low fare experience. Debbie will be instrumental in helping integrate the airlines’ soft touches such as our friendly onboard service with enhanced technology such as new passenger service system.”

As a 22-year veteran of the airline industry, Debbie brings expertise in many areas including finance, airport customer service and large airline hub operations. Most recently, Price served as Vice President, Houston hub for Continental Airlines, an airline known for providing exceptional customer service.

Price began her career in finance holding various leadership positions of increasing responsibility within the financial arena. She’s a proven airline executive with successes in optimizing operational performance. She holds a BBA in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
