Accio Data Introduces Accio Labs; Optimal Improvement, Minimal Time

Accio Data (http://www.acciodata.com) is announcing the launch of Accio Labs, a personalized, real-time process improvement workshop designed for managers and team leaders using the Accio Enterprise or Accio CourtPro background screening platforms. CRAs and court research firms spend 1-3 days in Accio’s Innovation Center, a fully functional remote workspace where they can receive and dispatch orders as easily as if they were in their own offices. While they work, Accio experts and engineers watch processes, suggest improvements, and help with advanced system configuration to realize those improvements. If there is a process that cannot be improved within the platform’s native functionality, developers will identify the software changes needed, build new processes, and train customers on the new processes before they leave.

President Barry Boes sees Accio Labs as a way to take the company’s already leading customer service a step beyond. “We already provide unlimited ‘just-in-time training’ over the Web when a customer needs quick help with a particular feature. The Lab is a much more holistic approach where we can study and work to maximize each customer’s processes to boost speed, accuracy and productivity using our platform.”

County House President Barak Zimmerman says he is happy with the results. “We walked away with a better understanding of what the platform is capable of doing and some changes that made certain functions more ‘user-friendly.’ The Accio staff was very hospitable and accommodating.
