New Features Available in KMx V8:
Optional Simplified Administrative Interface Menu - The KMx developer/administrator now has an optional interface that is arranged into 5 tabs organized by function. The interface is interchangeable with the 16 icon, 5 tab task oriented interface that our current clients are accustomed to using. The simplified interface organizes primary KMx functions as follows:
- Course and Class Setup and Administration
- Content and Exam Management, including SCORM Import Utilities
- Personnel, Labor Category and Certification Program Management
- Standard Report Access, and Dynamic Report/Graph Creation and Management
- Site Configuration and Student Interface Setup, including Advanced Management Tools
Clients can assign the simplified administrative interface to specific administrative users or set it as the default for all administrative users.
5 Star Course Rating – Provides a 1 - 5 star student rating option for completed courses. Data collected using this feature can be accessed for reporting, search engine result prioritization, course promotion and display in the site catalog.
Social Media Course Sharing – Provides configurable Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn social media sharing for completed courses. The system collects the share type by course and user for use in reports and course promotion activities.
Dynamic Graph Icons – This exciting new feature provides ¼ scale graphs that leverage real-time data from the KMx Dynamic Reporting and Graph System. The icons can be assigned to KMx Administrative Interface Forms and to Student, Instructor and Supervisor Interface pages.
Enhanced Email Templates – Customers may now create stylized and formatted templates for use in sending automated emails from KMx. These new templates leverage an MS Word documents for input and formatting.
The KMx platform provides fully integrated eLearning content development, learning content management, learning management, performance management, talent management, and virtual classroom technology in one easy to use solution.
