Menlo College Selected as One of the Top 25 2015 Best Value Colleges
Atherton, California (PRWEB) December 11, 2014 -- Menlo College has been named one of America’s top 25 schools in the 2015 Cappies Best Value Colleges. This latest recognition of Menlo’s value was by Cappex, a free Web-based "matchmaking" service that pairs students with colleges. Compiling the results of over 1.4 million student reviews on over 2,000 colleges and universities, the 2015 Cappies honors America's top 25 favorite schools across multiple categories.
Winners were determined across six categories: best college food, safest colleges, best-value colleges, hardest colleges, best colleges for activities, and best dorm life.
“Menlo College has always been associated with value because of the personalized approach we offer students,” said Menlo College President Richard A. Moran. “We are pleased that Cappex has recognized us as one of the best value colleges in the country.”
CEO Leon Heller cofounded Cappex in 2006, and has overseen its growth from a startup to becoming Your College Decision Headquarters™ for more than 6 million students, 750 higher education clients, and 20,000 high school counselors.
“We are proud of Menlo College for making the [Cappies] Top 25 Best Value Colleges list,” said Sarah Wilde, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Cappex. “Prospective college students concerned about the cost of higher education always have options, and Cappex students voted Menlo College as an excellent choice in that respect.”
