Strategic Conservation Consulting Announces the Hiring of Kristen Southworth
Saint Louis, Missouri (PRWEB) December 15, 2014 -- Strategic Conservation Consulting, LLC (SCC) is pleased to announce the addition of Kristen T. Southworth to the company in the position of Project Associate. “Kristen has an entrepreneurial spirit, is a natural negotiator, and is passionate about both St. Louis and the rural areas surrounding St. Louis, making her a perfect addition to SCC,” said SCC’s founder Justin Pevnick, Esq.
Ms. Southworth will work alongside Mr. Pevnick and other professionals involved in land conservation and commercial real estate projects to execute projects to the clients’ specifications. In this role, Ms. Southworth will facilitate communication between architects, engineers, attorneys, real estate developers, landowners, and everyone else involved in a given real estate project. As a result, projects will cost developers less money, produce fewer disputes within the community, and will have a higher rate of success than they otherwise would. Ms. Southworth was born and raised in St. Louis, holds a BA from The Colorado College, and runs a small sustainable farm in Illinois.
Recognized by the Land Trust Alliance as the only expert land use consulting firm in Missouri, Strategic Conservation Consulting, LLC fills a niche that no business in St. Louis has filled: SCC bridges the gap between developers, conservationists, and concerned individuals, strategically working to ensure the best possible outcome for all stakeholders involved in real estate projects of all shapes and sizes.
