Pulte Homes and Woodside Homes bring strong national and regional reputations to the community

Skye Canyon is proud to announce it has officially sold to its first two builders – Pulte Homes and Woodside Homes. Combined, this first phase represents the initial 80 acres of land to be developed in the Vegas master planned community. Skye Canyon is the first large-scale residential development to break ground in the Las Vegas Valley since the great recession and at full build-out is slated for 9,000 homes and a variety of outdoor amenities.

Along with well-planned homes, the property, located along Highway 95 and Horse Rd. is currently preparing land for commercial and gaming use. Additional hand-selected builders are expected to be announced soon and the first models are slated to open in the fall of 2015.
