CrossView, a global omni-channel commerce solution provider and ISV, has announced that its CrossView Connect integration for the hybris suite of solutions is now available in the hybris Extend marketplace, an online integration marketplace that gives customers access to best-of-breed applications, extensions and network services developed by hybris partners, all of which are optimized to work with the hybris Commerce Suite.
The CrossView solution connects third-party digital, in-store and call center technology into the hybris Commerce platform, as an alternative to hybris’ own import functionality, in case this is needed. This integration capability enables best of breed and selective solution integration to take place with hybris quickly and easily. In addition, as a standard integration with hybris software, CrossView Connect accelerates customer time to value. It connects applications that support all facets of commerce – shipping, payment, analytics, product reviews and recommendations, social media, email and more – and extends the capabilities across all sales channels.
