CrossView Omni-Channel Commerce Integration Available in Hybris Extend Marketplace
Research Triangle Park, NC (PRWEB) January 08, 2015 -- CrossView, a global omni-channel commerce solution provider and ISV, has announced that its CrossView Connect integration for the hybris suite of solutions is now available in the hybris Extend marketplace, an online integration marketplace that gives customers access to best-of-breed applications, extensions and network services developed by hybris partners, all of which are optimized to work with the hybris Commerce Suite.
The CrossView solution connects third-party digital, in-store and call center technology into the hybris Commerce platform, as an alternative to hybris’ own import functionality, in case this is needed. This integration capability enables best of breed and selective solution integration to take place with hybris quickly and easily. In addition, as a standard integration with hybris software, CrossView Connect accelerates customer time to value. It connects applications that support all facets of commerce – shipping, payment, analytics, product reviews and recommendations, social media, email and more – and extends the capabilities across all sales channels.
“We are pleased that CrossView has delivered an integration for the hybris Extend Marketplace,” said Patrick Finn, Senior Vice President of Global Channel & Partnerships at hybris. “The integration with CrossView’s solution helps our customers to leverage specialist third-party technologies to enhance the hybris omni-channel experience. It also gives our customers and partners greater scope for creating custom solutions to meet a brand’s sales requirements across all its channels.”
More than 20 leading brands have deployed CrossView Connect – including a premium travel industry retailer that recently launched the solution on the hybris Commerce platform.
“Teaming with hybris, we are delivering omni-channel commerce capabilities that empower sellers and service representatives in all channels to care for customers across the commerce life cycle,” said Leila Goldberg, vice president, Marketing and Partner Channels, CrossView. “We are looking forward to making this vision accessible to customers through the hybris Extend marketplace.”
