NTI partners with employers across the country that have work at home options, as many individuals with disabilities need this type of work arrangement. NTI has also provided targeted on site job placement as well. LandAjob works with individuals who receive social security benefits and in addition to providing the services listed above, LandAjob provides work-related reimbursements through Social Security’s Ticket to Work Program. These reimbursements are designed to help beneficiaries return to work.
Over the last 18 years, NTI and LandAjob have assisted over 10,000 Americans with disabilities in finding a job. Each program is designed to help people lead more purpose filled lives, potentially reducing their reliance on social security benefits which in turn creates a win-win situation for everyone involved.
