OneNeck® IT Solutions announced today that the company has earned Gold level status with F5 Networks. Formerly an F5® Silver UNITY® Partner, OneNeck’s move to F5 Gold UNITY Partner signifies the importance the company places on providing customers with the most comprehensive set of security products and solutions possible. This is in addition to OneNeck’s firm concentration on offering customizable end-to-end IT solutions to businesses across the country.

“Our F5 partnership provides customers with key solutions in our security and data center practices,” said Terry Swanson, senior vice president Solution Providers at OneNeck. “Achieving F5 Gold status allows us to provide excellent service to customers and ensures we’re on the cutting-edge of application security services.”

In partnership with F5, OneNeck offers a comprehensive set of security products and solutions. This includes application security services, which meet customer compliance, uphold regulation measures, and help customers broaden the reach of their IT environment. With F5’s application-centric approach, the company is well-positioned to help customers seamlessly scale cloud, data center, and software defined networking deployments to deliver what customers want and need, at any time. This is accomplished through an open and extended technology framework that allows businesses to pursue the infrastructure model that best fits their needs.

“We are pleased with our upward movement to Gold UNITY partner status with F5,” added Swanson. “This effort to become Gold certified further demonstrates the value we place on ensuring our employees continually receive training and accreditations. It’s good news for our customers because it provides reassurance they are partnering with a company who, in addition to having some of the most tenured employees, also supports their continued growth of technical knowledge and expertise.”

With Gold status, OneNeck can start developing specializations that will allow them to grow their business, increase their expertise, reach higher levels of customer retention, and create additional differentiation in the marketplace. Gold members are also eligible to offer the entire F5 product line to customers. In addition, they receive access to the F5 Partner Resource Center for back-up support and assistance.

“F5 is pleased with OneNeck’s participation in our UNITY Partner Program, and that they’ve achieved our Gold level partner status,” said Keith McManigal, VP of NA Channels at F5. “We set partner participation requirements high for the program to help protect our partners’ investments and facilitate their ability to deliver a quality experience for customers. Our partners’ success equates to a positive experience for end-users, and allows them to achieve maximum return on their investment in F5 products. Ultimately, this produces optimal results for everyone involved and allows us to mutually expand our markets.”
