Delray Beach, Florida (PRWEB) December 17, 2014 -- In what is considered an innovation in the 55-plus residential marketplace, South Florida home-builder Ansca Homes has announced the debut of single-family and villa residences built on spec and available for immediate closing at Villaggio Reserve, its resort-style community in Delray Beach, Florida.

The plan was to provide prospective buyers this season the opportunity to buy in a new community, rather than purchase a resale home.
The spec homes share Spanish-Italian architectural designs and custom craftsmanship found throughout Villaggio Reserve. Some homes are completely finished, including flooring, cabinets and countertops and other luxurious appointments. Some still have the opportunity for buyers to make their final selections. Ansca’s interior design coordinators will work with buyers to personalize their home by choosing from the widest color selection for the granite countertops and cabinets in the kitchens and master bathrooms, as well as kitchen and bath hardware, and even carpeting and tile flooring.
Every home comes standard with energy-saving, stainless steel GE appliances and impact-resistant windows and doors for added safety and peace of mind.
Spec home buyers also will be residents when the first phase of the Cabana Club opens later this season. Villaggio Reserve’s resort-style destination and town square will offer a fully-equipped Fitness Center with the latest, state-of-the-art equipment, sauna, massage and men’s and women’s locker rooms. It will offer six lighted tennis courts, a pro shop, and pickle ball or bocce ball courts.
