C2C Resources Comments on the Importance of Phone Calling Campaigns during Debt Collection

According to a Credit Union Times article titled “New York Issues New Debt Collection Rules” (December 4, 2014), the writer David Morrison believes the new laws in New York could be a foreshadowing to a federal debt collection regulation that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has been working toward over the past year.
