Mobile Technology Veteran Lisa Stanton Joins The Micronotes Board
Cambridge, MA (PRWEB) December 17, 2014 -- Micronotes announced today that Lisa Stanton, former President of Monitise North America and current CEO of InAuth, has joined the Micronotes board as an advisor. Micronotes is committed to radically improving the productivity of cross-selling for financial institutions as banking customers migrate to the digital channels.
Ms. Stanton has nearly twenty years of experience in financial services, with the last seven in the mobile solutions space with Monitise. Ms. Stanton joined Monitise as its first U.S. employee and grew the business to more than $50MM in annual revenue and drove the acquisition of Clairmail in 2012. Before Monitise, Ms. Stanton was in charge of all card, ATM, network, distribution and rewards businesses for Citizens Bank (RBS), the 8th largest retail bank in the U.S.
“I’ve been in the banking and technology business long enough to know that cross-sell conversations are both crucial and ripe for automation,” said Ms. Stanton. “The Micronotes interview marketing platform is demonstrably powerful online and a game-changer in mobile when the 12-second interview with a 25% conversion rate meets 16 mobile banking sessions per month.” concluded Ms. Stanton.
Ms. Stanton is an original member and part of the executive steering committee of the Federal Reserve Banks of Boston and Atlanta – Mobile Payments Industry Group. She has served on the Mastercard Debit Advisory Board, Maestro International PIN Debit Board, Star/First Data Advisory Committee, and the NYCE Network Oversight Board. Ms. Stanton also serves on the board of the Rhode Island Community Food Bank and served on the board of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of New Hampshire. Ms. Stanton studied business at the University of New Hampshire.
Financial institutions typically own less than 30% of their customers’ financial products portfolio and yet, as bundled services from telecom companies and online retailers demonstrate – customers are willing to place more of their business with existing providers if properly engaged. Micronotes Cross-Sell couples big-data analytics with automated three-question interviews to listen, advise, and deliver personalized offers to customers on everything from mortgages to credit cards and insurance.
“Lisa brings a seasoned mobile banking perspective to our boardroom,” remarked Devon Kinkead, CEO of Micronotes. “Mobile interviews stand to define the future of mobile engagement beyond banners and videos and we are excited to have Lisa here to advise us in realizing that future.” said Kinkead.
