USI Insurance Services Announces the Completion of the Acquisition of a Program Business from Askin, Weber, and Reed
Valhalla, N.Y. (PRWEB) December 16, 2014 -- USI Insurance Services (“USI”) announced its acquisition of an insurance program business from Askin, Weber, and Reed (“AWR”). USI Affinity, a division of USI, will be the insurance member benefits broker and administrator for the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), providing life, disability, long term care, accidental death & dismemberment, and business overhead expense insurance to cover the needs of members in private and public practice. This acquisition further strengthens USI Affinity’s presence in the United States as a leading insurance brokerage and consulting firm.
