Colorado State University-Global Campus is committed to providing working adults with quality, affordable, and accessible educational opportunities. This winter, it is providing one new student with the chance to earn that degree entirely tuition-free through its Gift of Education Scholarship.

“Education is transformative,” said Colorado State University-Global Campus President, Dr. Becky Takeda-Tinker. “We see students and alumni every day who have made a better life for themselves and their families through the knowledge and skills they gained earning their degree at CSU-Global. This scholarship is a way for us to help another student who didn't think reaching their goal was possible.”

To be eligible, new students must be fully admitted to the university and submit their scholarship application by December 25th, 2014. The recipient must then start in classes on January 5th, 2015. In the spirit of giving, CSU-Global is also waiving its application fee for all who apply online using the code GIFT for the rest of 2014.

“The beginning of a new year is the time when many contemplate their new goals and aspirations,” continued Takeda-Tinker. “We are hopeful that the prospect of achieving the goal of a degree through a scholarship will motivate students to take those first steps.”
