Olivier Gachot joins Capriza as its new Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and Ty Lim comes on board as Vice President of Marketing.

With vast experience successfully scaling young companies through hyper-growth stages, Gachot is a perfect fit for Capriza’s leadership team. He joins Capriza from Spredfast, a fast-growing social marketing platform, where he served as CSO and played an integral role helping define the company’s modern social market. Previous to Spredfast, Gachot led sales at Skire, a leader in cloud-based solutions for managing capital projects, facilities and real estate, which was subsequently acquired by Oracle. He has also held senior sales management positions at LiveOps, IBM, Lombardi as well as several other B2B technology companies.
As Capriza’s Vice President of Marketing, Ty Lim will be responsible for Capriza’s market development and demand strategy. Lim brings a unique blend of high velocity consumer marketing and B2B enterprise marketing experience. Previous to Capriza, Lim served as Vice President of Marketing at Druva, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the company to a recognized leader in enterprise endpoint data protection. Prior to Druva, he founded Cypher Media, a hyper-growth digital marketing agency and previously held senior marketing roles at several B2C and B2B technology companies.
