St. Paul, Minnesota (PRWEB) December 17, 2014 -- The Dart Network announces compensation increases across the bulk of its operations.
Drivers in the network are seeing anywhere from a 2¢/mile to 10¢/mile increase, with the average increase 5¢ more per mile. In addition to the pay increases, owner operators get a fuel adjustment and accessorial pay among other benefits. And employee drivers receive a fuel bonus.
“Owner operators in some of our dedicated operations are making $1.35 per mile or more including fuel adjustment,” said Russ Moore, Dart Vice President of Fleet Services.
Further more, Dart is offering sign-on bonuses for all of its driving career options. For owner operators with their own truck, Dart offers a $5,000 signing bonus. All other owner operators and employee drivers are eligible for $3,000 bonuses. And graduates from its driver finishing program for students receive $1,500.
“Our new pay packages are extremely attractive,” Moore said. “Dart is setting owner operators and drivers up for success from Day 1.”
Because they have so many driving options, Dart recommends that drivers call one of its knowledgeable recruiters to discuss their opportunities.
“Our recruiters are there to help drivers,” Moore said. “And there has never been a better time to come to Dart. We are continuously improving the quality of our career offerings for drivers. Our goal is to provide a home for long-term success.”
