The city will transition to the cloud-based features of SMARTGov, including deploying the system’s Public Portal and e-PlanSoft’s electronic plan review from the county’s existing Tyler Technologies’s Munis software.
“When the City of Maricopa started looking for a complete solution to fit our needs for permit tracking, electronic plan review, and a customer service portal, only one company offered us the solutions we were looking for SMARTGov and e-Plansoft™ will provide us with a completely integrated solution that enhances our processes internally and offers our customers innovative tools, all at a click of a button. “We are excited about this joint partnership between the City of Maricopa, ePlansoft, and SMARTGov. It is a game changing moment. Together we are combining our permit automation with electronic plan review to create a totally paperless permitting agency for Maricopa. This is a big deal for local citizens and jurisdiction staff; a real win/win solution,” said Jon Byrd, Paladin’s SMARTGov Business Development Executive.
