Legacy Trust Family Wealth Offices Launches Golf Video Series Featuring LPGA Player Amelia Lewis
(PONTE VEDRA BEACH, FL) (PRWEB) December 18, 2014 -- Earlier this year, Legacy Trust Family Wealth Offices (http://www.legacytrustcompany.com) renewed its sponsorships with LPGA and Ladies European Tour Player, Amelia Lewis. Now, they are in the “instruction” business together. Launched on the Legacy Trust website this week is a video series titled, "Victory Loves Preparation." There are two sets of videos, one that features Amelia discussing pre-shot and pre-round routines as well as an easy fitness regiment, and the other set features Amelia and her Legacy Trust advisors having some frank discussions about how to navigate the complexities of wealth management.
"Victory Loves Preparation" is the perfect theme for two entities that essentially make their living by being prepared, one on the golf course and the other in the chaotic financial world. Tying the two concepts together seemed like a perfect match. The video can be found on Legacy Trust’s website http://www.legacytrustcompany.com.
Said Legacy Trust CEO and Chairman, Kristin McLauchlan, “Our goal is to continually help our clients prepare for their financial futures, and to do all the right things to make them successful. As a golfer, Amelia’s job is to put herself in a position to win, and she does that by preparing very methodically for every shot and every round. We do the same things, just on a different playing field.”
McLauchlan continued, “Amelia is a great case study for us, especially in illustrating to young people how to manage their wealth. She represents for us a second-generation model, where we can help educate the children of our clients, and prepare to handle their financial responsibilities. By helping to coach Amelia in her financial interests, we can demonstrate the important lessons to learn. She helps us tell that story.”
The videos were conceptualized and produced by marketing strategy company, MediaShare Consulting Group, Inc., a Jacksonville (FL)-based company that specializes in sponsorship activation, public relations and marketing planning. MediaShare originally introduced Ms. Lewis to its client, Legacy Trust in 2012, and the Victory Loves Preparation video series is one of many unique activation programs they implemented for Legacy Trust.
Said Ms. Lewis, "There has never been a more important time for Millennials to arm themselves with knowledge and start preparing for their future. These videos not only provide workout, golf, and financial strategy tips but they also reflect a sense of preparation through every part of someone’s daily life. It really doesn’t matter what age someone is, preparation is the key to long term success in golf and wealth management."
MediaShare’s Managing Partner Mark D. Berman commented, “Amelia represents the same values as Legacy Trust. She is a local girl with a big heart. She is a gifted player with an incredible dedication to her game and to the 'business' of being a professional golfer. Most of Legacy’s clients share similar DNA: they are entrepreneurial, hard working professionals that came about their wealth by working hard and earning it.” The goal for the video series, mentioned Berman, was to demonstrate in a real-world environment what Legacy does for its clients, and also, recognizing their clients are almost all avid golfers, give them some instruction on how to better prepare for, and enjoy, a round of golf.
Added Berman, “Unlike companies who just want their logo placed on a player’s hat for TV exposure, we took a different approach with Amelia. Of course we have logo visibility, but more important to Legacy Trust is the role Amelia plays as a brand ambassador. She helps with relationship building by playing golf with Legacy’s clients, hosting instructional clinics and now the video series, which really helps communicate the Legacy Trust brand. The ideas are slightly non-traditional, but Legacy Trust, as a Multi-Family Office, is not a traditional wealth management company. They are relationship oriented, not transaction oriented, and being able to work this way with Amelia really showcases that commitment.”
Legacy Trust is also a Founding Partner of the Web.com Tour Championship held each fall on Dye’s Valley Course at TPC Sawgrass.
