CPAmerica International Announces 2015 Tax Conference Chair and Vice Chair

CPAmerica International announces that Michael Abramson, Frankel Zacharia, LLC, and Marcy Lantz, AKT LLP, will be the incoming chair and vice chair for the 2015 Tax Conference. This conference updates firm tax managers and partners on the latest tax regulations and best practices in tax practice management, and will take place on November 9-11 in Sonoma Wine Country located in Santa Rosa, Cali.

As part of a member-driven association, the chairs and vice chairs have a large role in the planning of the agenda for the 2015 conference.

CPAmerica International announces that Michael Abramson, Frankel Zacharia, LLC, and Marcy Lantz, AKT LLP, will be the incoming chair and vice chair for the 2015 Tax Conference. This conference updates firm tax managers and partners on the latest tax regulations and best practices in tax practice management, and will take place on November 9-11 in Sonoma Wine Country located in Santa Rosa, Cali.

“As part of a member-driven association, the chairs and vice chairs have a large role in the planning of the agenda for the 2015 conference,” said Alan Deichler, president of CPAmerica. “They are responsible for facilitating the committee calls and participating in planning calls.”

The newly appointed chair and vice chair will serve a one-year term that will end in November 2015.

Abramson serves on Frankel Zacharia, LLC’s executive committee and specializes in general business and tax matters. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), Nebraska Society of CPAs, Omaha Bar Association, and Creighton Jaybackers.

Lantz works with a wide range of clients, including high-net worth individuals, private equity, financial lending, distributors, manufacturers and other closely held businesses. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, and the Vice President on the board of Estate Planning Council of Portland.
