The City of Glendale turned to Qmatic in large part due to the company’s advanced products and IT support. The implementation also allows the city’s residents to schedule their next visit to the PSC using a personal computer, tablet or smart phone. Through the use of Qmatic’s CFM solution, scheduling an appointment online is quick and easy as illustrated in this short “How-To” video.
