Watermark Learning's Real Life Agile webinar series will run from January - March 2015 and will feature experts Marsha Hughes and NK Shrivastava.

Watermark Learning, a leading global provider of Business Analysis, Project Management, Agile, Business Process Management, and Influencing Skills training, announced today that it will be hosting a series of live Agile webinars from January through March 2015.

According to Elizabeth Larson, PMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, “Through training and consulting with our clients, we’ve increasingly observed organizations struggling to adopt Agile in its pure form. Our approach is to help clients adopt Agile in an agile way – practically and incrementally.” The upcoming Agile webinar series is just one way Watermark Learning will help business and project professionals bring Agile “into the real world” in 2015.

These Agile webinars are complimentary and open to anyone interested. The webinars will provide an opportunity for business analysts, project managers, and anyone involved in Agile projects to expand their knowledge and interact live with Agile/Scrum experts.

The series will begin January 16, 2015 with “Agile Estimating and Planning Best Practices” presented live by Marsha Hughes, PMP, CBAP, CSM/CSP. This seminar will cover topics including: contrasting waterfall and Agile approaches to project management, Agile planning and estimating techniques, release and iteration planning, and tracking progress during iterations.
