Tee It Up for the Troops, Inc. (http://www.teeitupforthetroops.org) has once again shown their support and dedication to Hope For The Warriors® (http://www.hopeforthewarriors.org) by making a $50,000 donation on Monday, December 8, 2014. Since making its first donation in 2008, Tee It Up for the Troops has donated nearly $400,000 to Hope For The Warriors®, a nonprofit dedicated to restoring a sense of self, restoring the family unit, and restoring hope to our service members and military families.

Both nonprofit organizations focus on serving and honoring wounded service members and veterans. Tee It Up for the Troops has donated nearly $5 million dollars through a variety of fundraising events held throughout the country. Over 87% of their net event proceeds raised have been donated to more than 100 national and local organizations that support wounded service members, veterans, and military families. Donations from Tee It Up for the Troops have been used by Hope For The Warriors® to support its four program pillars: Career Transition & Education, Clinical Health & Wellness, Sports & Recreation, and Community & Military Relations. All programs within these pillars provide a full cycle of care to wounded service members and military families.

“Tee It Up for the Troops is very proud to continue our support for Hope For The Warriors®, as we believe strongly in the quality of the programs that they deliver to our military families,” said Tim Wegscheid, President and Executive Director of Tee It Up for the Troops. “The passion and energy that their team puts forth every day to deliver critically needed services to our nation’s wounded service members is quite admirable, and we are honored to support their efforts.”
