Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Announce Winner of The Ultimate Leap
Milwaukee, WI (PRWEB) December 19, 2014 -- The Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Journal Sentinel are excited to announce the winner of the 2014 Ultimate Leap contest and sweepstakes sponsored by Pick ‘n Save. The winner of the sweepstakes will be taking ‘the Ultimate Leap’ during the first half "2 Minute Warning" during the December 28th Green Bay Packers vs. Detroit Lions game. This year’s winner is Brian Newell of Greenfield, Wisconsin. Brian beat out nine other finalists during leap school at Lambeau Field on December 16th to win this once-in-a-lifetime prize.
With over 110,000 entries, Brian was chosen as the sweepstakes winner. He was chosen from nine finalists that attended leap school, proctored by tight end, Richard Rodgers. Brian was chosen from all other finalists based on his leap prowess.
The grand prize for the 2014 Ultimate Leap includes a game ball, an authentic Green Bay Packers team jersey with Brian’s name on the back, four VIP pregame sideline passes, four club seat tickets and one night hotel accommodation in Green Bay. The nine finalists who were invited to attend leap school received an autographed jersey from their teacher Richard Rodgers. Twenty five third place winners were awarded a $50 gift certificate to the Packers Pro Shop. All thirty five winners in total took home great prizes and great experiences.
Entrants to the contest were given three options to enter to win- through JSOnline, and Pick ‘n Save. To enter online, fans were asked to visit http://www.jsonline.com/theleap and register to for the sweepstakes.. Pick ‘n Save shoppers were automatically entered when buying Yoplait Yogurt, ConAgra Foods, Roundy’s Brands, Kemps, DiGiorno, E&J Gallo, Sargento and Pagoda products with their Fresh Perks card weekly.
