The print component of Healthy Aging is distributed within today’s National Post, with a distribution of approximately 160,000 copies and an estimated readership of 420,000. The publication features an exclusive interview with the ladies of CTV’s The Social. Lainey Lui, Melissa Grelo, Traci Melchor, and Cynthia Loyst open up for a uniquely candid Q&A on motherhood, sex, and putting yourself first this holiday season. Cynthia Loyst shares her thoughts on New Years resolutions, and how she plans to take care of herself: “This year I’m making my resolution to practice mindfulness. I plan to set times to turn off my smartphone, pay attention to my breathing and to be fully aware of the sensations I’m experiencing.”

Another editorial featuring Dr. George A. Vilos, Professor at Western University, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, reveals a revolutionary new treatment for uterine fibroids. In 94 percent of women, the new compound will reduce or eliminate the symptoms within about seven days, says Dr. Vilos. Also, the uterine fibroids will be reduced in size by between 40 percent and 50 percent.
