Seabreeze Management has named Steven Smiley as Director of Community Management for Orange County.

Smiley, previously an executive with Irvine, California-based JetSuite, will serve on Seabreeze’s senior leadership team and oversee a division of the company’s Orange County portfolio of managed condo, townhome and single-family home communities.

But his primary focus will be on developing the organization’s team of award-winning account executives while enhancing client relationships and services.

It was this passion that fueled Smiley’s success at JetSuite, where he led a sales and service team whose revenue quadrupled during his tenure. Prior to that, Smiley served as Operations Manager for Mill Direct Inc. based in San Diego. In that role, he led successful teams while creating new methods to increase company growth.

Smiley earned his Bachelors degree in Sociology from California State University, San Marcos, focusing on quantitative research methods he’s employed throughout his career to enhance sales and marketing systems. He currently resides in Costa Mesa, California.
