The 2015 conference has a new venue and an extended programme featuring six parallel streams. The six streams will feature presentations focused on process, people, cases, sourcing, strategy and management, and advanced studies in ITSM.
Speaking invitations are highly sought after for this popular event, giving the organisers the opportunity to select the best ITSM experts in the industry.
There will be presentations from such well-known international names:
- David Cannon, VP, Group Director, Forrester Research (USA)
- Jason Frye, Vice President, Office of the CTO, BMC Software (USA)

The popularity of this event has forced a move to Thon Hotel Oslo. This new venue offers additional conference space and accommodation that itSMF Norway Annual Conference has not experienced before.
“This year’s conference should be one of the best, and we are excited to offer such an incredible lineup of well-known global speakers,” said Sofi Fahlberg, chairwoman of itSMF Mid-Norway. “Not only do this year’s speakers represent a broad spectrum of expertise for industry professionals to draw from, but the extended programme will certainly fit our attendees’ needs.”
