Jim Clarkson Joins WestBridge as Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Director

WestBridge, Inc., a premier behavioral health treatment and recovery agency with locations in Manchester, New Hampshire and Brooksville, Florida specializing in helping individuals and families challenged by co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders today announced that Jim Clarkson has joined the company as Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Director.

In this position, Clarkson will be responsible for company initiatives to enhance WestBridge’s national footprint, managing relationships with third party payers, state and national regulators and other industry thought leaders while also leading corporate outreach efforts and synchronizing WestBridge’s extensive training and marketing activities. He will also be responsible for shaping corporate strategy and growth capitalizing on opportunities in the evolving healthcare landscape.

She continued, “Jim knows both the business and clinical components of behavioral health exceptionally well. He just finished leading NAADAC’s highly successful first Addiction Professional Business Learning Collaborative and we look forward to having Jim’s expertise as an additional resource in-house.”

Clarkson comes to WestBridge from Via Positiva, Inc., a behavioral health consulting, training and technology firm specializing in helping mental health, addictions, and other social service providers create and implement business and strategy plans to maximize resources and position for success within the current healthcare environment. Prior to that, he was Vice President at Value Options, Inc.—the nation’s largest private behavioral health and wellness managed care company.
