Icing Images Debuts Their Products at the Hong Kong International Bakery Expo
Winchester, VA (PRWEB) December 30, 2014 -- Icing Images recently returned from its debut at the Hong Kong International Bakery Expo (HKIBE) where the company’s products flew off the shelves following demonstrations of DECOgel™, iPrint™, Spellbinders® Sweet Accents™, iDesigns™ and edible printing.
Icing Images was invited by Complete Deelite to join them in the sugar art section of the Hong Kong International Bakery Expo and to celebrate their tenth anniversary as the number one school for cake decorating in Hong Kong.
Icing Images' products were demonstrated by Peggy Tucker, CMSA and School of Cakeology, and Susan Carberry, The Cake Cottage, Deborah Coughlin, Icing Images, and decorators from Complete Deelite. Attendees were fascinated by the quality of the product as well as the innovation of the new products that Icing Images had to offer through Complete Deelite.
Peggy Tucker led a seminar about the how to prepare for the Certified Master Sugar Arts exam offered by the International Cake Exploration Societe’ through Complete Deelite, the first exam of its kind in the region. A two year preparation period is required for the thorough exam.
Susan Carberry joined Chef Dominic Palazzolo, Marvelous Molds owner, as they decorated a cake themed "The Magic of Christmas," taught bilingually to the Asian audience using products that were being sold in the sugar art section of the show.
The Hong Kong International Bakery Expo (HKIBE) is the only industry show in the region, attracting 80,000 attendees. Complete Deelite invited manufacturers of high quality cake decorating products from around the world to join them in presenting the art of cake decorating to the audience of baking professionals. The Sugar Art Show was a subsection of the HKIBE and the "must see" part of the show. Companies in attendance included Satin Ice, Wilton, Sugar Art , Marvelous Molds, Icing Images, Loranne Oils, Edible Artists Network Magazine and more.

Agnes Chin and Jacinta Yu, owners of Complete Deelite, honored Icing Images and other sugar art companies at their 10th anniversary celebration, held at the prestigious Aberdeen Marina Club in Hong Kong. Complete Deelite executives gave a speech attributing their success to the "glory of God."
Following the Hong Kong show, Icing Images held demonstrations at the first Sweet Arts Show held at the Futian Shangra-La Hotel, a five star hotel located in Shenzhen, China. Top chefs attended presentations of Icing Images products and other quality products by the internationally renowned cake decorators and chefs.
Following the presentations, Icing Images was given a tour of the hotel's kitchens by executive sous chef, Edwin Loh. They were later joined by pastry chef, Chef Robert Yu, an honor few receive.
