HeavyTaste has successfully hosted Australia’s first footwear Kickstarter project called The Street Slip – A Party For Your Feet, raising 33,000AUD within 30 days. Overwhelming demand -- given its exclusivity and small batch handcrafted produce -- has driven the team at HeavyTaste to re-launch another campaign on Indiegogo.com for immediate second batch production of the shoe.

The HeavyTaste Street Slip combines the stylistic benefits of the traditional oxford and derby with the ease of wear that comes with loafers and boat shoes. By improving upon these designs, The Street Slip takes a matter of seconds to put on and holds firm to the wearer’s feet, all while maintaining a luxury look to suit any occasion. HeavyTaste products are handmade with genuine leather to ensure quality throughout the range.

The Street Slip is not only an innovative product; it also has real meaning behind it.
