Leadership Shift Supports Drive to Improve Medication Use

RxAnte, the leading platform for improving medication use through predictive analytics and targeted clinical programs, today announced key changes to its management team. The announced changes support the Company’s drive to improve medication effectiveness through the use of predictive analytics and targeted clinical programs. On September 2, 2014, Brock Hardaway, chief executive officer of RxAnte’s parent company, Millennium Health, announced that RxAnte founder and President Josh Benner has been promoted to executive vice president of strategy and corporate development for Millennium Health. Hardaway also announced that Aaron McKethan now serves as president of RxAnte, assuming Benner’s former role.

“Millennium Health is uniquely positioned to help our customers address the costly epidemic of improper and ineffective medication use in the United States,” said Benner. “By bringing together advanced analytics, sophisticated laboratory services and provider engagement programs, we now provide the practical tools needed to individualize care, improve health outcomes, and avoid unnecessary costs.”

In his new role, Benner will be responsible for integrating the company’s offerings to achieve maximum benefit for customers; identifying new opportunities that help Millennium Health achieve its goal of getting more from medicines. Benner will also continue to be actively involved in RxAnte.

McKethan is a co-founder of RxAnte and spent the last three years there as senior vice president for strategy and business development. Both Benner and McKethan serve on Millennium Health’s executive team.

“RxAnte has become a key partner to healthcare organizations that seek to work with patients and providers to improve medication adherence,” said McKethan. “We continue to grow our customer base with these proven tools, but we are also expanding our offerings to address urgent challenges in new ways, such as preventing the unsafe use of prescription opioids.”

Two additional changes to RxAnte’s management team were announced: Peter Aldrich, formerly senior vice president, product and program management, has been named chief operating officer. Matt Gagalis, vice president of business development, has joined the management team.

Millennium Health announced its acquisition of RxAnte in January of 2014, adding RxAnte’s suite of predictive analytics offerings to Millennium’s expanding portfolio. On September 2, 2014, Millennium Laboratories announced that it had changed its name to Millennium Health, a move that better reflects the company’s market position as the leading provider of health care solutions for getting more from prescription medications
