U.S. Antique Shows Partners with The HighBoy to Sponsor Elite Panel of Speakers on the Future of Antiques
Naples, FL (PRWEB) November 07, 2014 -- U.S. Antique Shows announced today that the company will be one of five sponsors for the upcoming panel discussion, The Future of Antiques: Antiques and Design in the 21st Century. The evening affair, hosted by The HighBoy, will be held Nov. 20, 2014 from 7-9 p.m. at the Jonathan Burden gallery in Tribeca.
“The HighBoy aims to bring antiques to a whole new generation of buyers,” says founder Olga Granda-Scott. “Those buyers don’t just want a marketplace; they want an experience, which includes cultivating a real sense of the people and ideas that unite design and antiques. The HighBoy hopes that events, such as The Future of Antiques, will begin a new conversation and community for antique and design lovers.”
The event will include an engaging panel featuring esteemed antique experts Judith Miller, Toma Clark Haines, and Olga Granda-Scott. It will be moderated by Traditional Home Senior Editor Doris Athineos. Immediately following the panel, Judith Miller will be available to sign copies of her latest book, Arts & Crafts: Living with Arts & Crafts. Cocktails will be served.
Below are the biographies of the featured moderator and panelists:

Doris Athineos writes about fine and decorative arts, artisans, design, and collecting. OLGA GRANDA-SCOTT
Founder, The HighBoy
The HighBoy is the Curated Marketplace for Antiques & Fine Art.
