Condemnation Summit XIV will provide participants with critical information regarding the latest developments in condemnation law. Participants will learn critical factors in negotiating a condemnation case; what makes a written appraisal persuasive; fundamentals of surveys, titles and legal descriptions; access control and its effect on property values, and more. This Summit will also include a special presentation “A View from the Bench: The Concept of Constitutional Judging”, featuring Arizona Supreme Court Justice Ann Scott Timmer, Arizona Court of Appeals Judge Jon Thompson, and United States Court of Appeals Senior Circuit Judge Michael Daly Hawkins.
