Como, Italy (PRWEB) February 16, 2014 -- Industrial product manufacturers, in-house design teams and professional industrial designers worldwide are invited to take part in the A’ International Industrial Design Award & Competition by entering their best product designs. Entries are accepted in all Locarno Classification classes and sub-classes. Nominated product designs will be peer-reviewed and anonymously judged by an international 50-person jury panel of established academics, design professionals and prominent press members.
The A’ International Industrial Design Competition honors creativity, quality and ingenuity in industrial design by highlighting best product designs that demonstrate exceptional aesthetics, outstanding ergonomics, added functionality, ease of use, and sustainable properties. Further evaluation criteria include safety, creativity, originality, choice of materials, packaging, marketability, efficiency, user-friendliness as well as social aspects. Product designs that improve the quality of life of consumers will especially be highlighted.
Laureates of the A’ Industrial Design Award Competition will be able to use the “Award Winning Product Design” logo in their communication. Award winning product designs will further be granted the “A’ Design Prize” which includes a series of services for celebrating the status of winning the accolades as well as the award trophy, yearbook, the design excellence certificate and invitation to the A’ Design Award & Competition’s gala-night and award ceremony in Italy.
