About the Author
When PY Cheng entered the department in 1985, he was assigned for using the SPSS software for running statistics tests. There were hardly any PCs at that time, and they used terminals connecting to their mainframe computer in their Computer Center for running the software. He completed his First Degree and Master Degree respectively in the University of Hong Kong. He completed a ‘Master of Public Health’ with major in Medical Statistical that made him aware hard he has to work for really understanding the statistical topics.
