Inspires readers to live their own lives to the fullest and to develop courage in the face of adversity
Bayside, N. Y. (PRWEB) July 23, 2014
For many years, author Rosario Lopera has kept her silence but she decides to break it now and tell her story. An inspiring memoir, “Travail” (published by Xlibris) details her life from her childhood to her eventual relocation in the USA.
Born in Bolivia in the 1940s, Lopera grew up in a small town which she considers as beautiful but quite problematic. She noticed that people were never happy with those running the country. Despite all that, she had a normal childhood until her father’s death. He was assassinated. She shares how she became Miss Bolivia that gave her the ticket to leave her country. Her painful experiences in losing her fiancé while waiting to marry him in Florida are also detailed. The events in her life are told in a candid manner that will let readers understand the person that she really is, and the people who shaped who she became.
A story of a woman with many ups and downs, “Travail” inspires readers to live their own lives to the fullest and to develop courage in the face of adversity.
