National Association of Professional Women Announces Becky Noe, Audit Manager at Halliburton, as 2013/2014 VIP Professional Woman of the Year

As audit manager at Halliburton, Ms. Noe uses her accounting acumen and excellent communication skills to supervise and direct a team of 20 auditors. Her many responsibilities include coordinating, administering and conducting internal audits for a global Fortune 500 company. Audits include business control and business process assessments as well as SOX assessments.
Halliburton was founded in 1919. Today, it is one of the world’s largest providers of products and services to the energy industry. Ms. Noe first joined the global company in 1997 as an accountant. Since then, she has steadily and successfully climbed the corporate ladder, holding such key positions as senior accountant, accounting supervisor and accounting manager. Before joining Halliburton, Ms. Noe enjoyed a successful career as a restaurant manager, where managing the day-to-day operations piqued her interest in accounting. “While I enjoyed many aspects of restaurant work, I enjoyed completing the necessary paperwork.
