Dickinson Wright Attorney Marlene Pontrelli Reappointed to the State Bar of Arizona's Family Law Practice and Procedure Committee
Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) July 10, 2014 -- Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorney Marlene Pontrelli has been reappointed to a three-year term on the Family Law Practice and Procedure Committee for the State Bar of Arizona.
The Family Law Practice and Procedure Committee studies and makes recommendations on legislation, proposals and/or issues raised by the Arizona Bench, Bar or public, including rules amendments in other areas of practice that directly or indirectly implicates the Arizona Rules of Family Procedure. The committee also initiates new family law rules proposals when necessary or appropriate.
Marlene Pontrelli is a Member in the firm’s Phoenix office. She is a certified specialist in family law and focuses her practice on all aspects of family law including dissolution, post-dissolution, paternity, child custody and child support matters. She is a judge pro tem for the Superior Court of Maricopa County in family law.
Ms. Pontrelli is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the California State Bar. She also serves as an adjunct professor at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law where she teaches Family Law. She is a frequent lecturer in the area of family law and has conducted numerous seminars throughout the country. Ms. Pontrelli received her B.A. from the University of Southern California and her J.D. from the University of California, Davis.
