Brian Wade Hitchcock Reveals How to Quit Type 2 Diabetes
Torrance, Calif. (PRWEB) November 03, 2014 -- Brian Wade Hitchcock had type 2 diabetes for more than 15 years. In 2011, he successfully overcame this disease. To this day, he remains completely free from this affliction. He shares his story and helps other people regain control over their lives in his recently released book, “EX-DIABETIC: Your Guide to Quitting Type 2 Diabetes and Living Without It!” (published by Xlibris).
During his battle with diabetes, Hitchcock’s doctors prescribed him one drug after another, supposedly treating his diabetes. None of these medications addressed the root cause of the problem. He still had high blood sugar, and kept gaining weight; by the spring of 2011, he was severely obese, weighing 275 lbs. and was injecting insulin daily.
On March 16, 2011, Hitchcock radically changed his lifestyle and his health. After seven weeks his MD told him to stop the insulin. By December that year, he had quit diabetes and drugs, and lost 70 lbs.
In “EX-DIABETIC” he explains how his success over diabetes was possible. He demystifies diabetes and debunks media disinformation about this condition, and about dieting, digestion and drugs. More importantly, he shares the principles and eating habits that led to his complete recovery.
