iService Gets New Marketing Automation Features

One-to-One, Inc. has launched enhancements to its iService Customer Interaction solution that provide end-to-end marketing automation capabilities. The enhancements build on the iCentives Email Marketing module to provide a complete platform for integrated marketing automation.


One-to-One, Inc. announced today that enhancements have been deployed for the iService Customer Interaction solution that make it easy to automate online marketing campaigns. The features extend the capabilities of the iCentives email marketing module within iService to provide insight and automate follow up actions on outbound email campaigns.
