Net Access Appoints Raul K. Martynek as New Chief Executive Officer

Martynek as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Martynek is assuming the role of CEO as Blake Ellman who has served as the company’s CEO and Co-Founder since 1995 will be transitioning into a new role as the company’s Chief Technology Officer heading up product development.

Mr. Martynek has a broad background in managing and growing telecommunications and hosting companies over the last 20 years. Mr. Martynek was most recently the Chief Executive Officer of Voxel dot Net, Inc., a NYC based managed hosting company that was acquired by Internap Network Services Corp. in January 2012. Prior to Voxel, Mr. Martynek served as the Chief Executive Officer of Smart Telecom Co., a Dublin, Ireland based fiber carrier, from January 2009 to December 2009. Prior to Smart Telecom, Mr. Martynek was President and Chief Executive Officer of InfoHighway Communications Corporation, a facilities based Northeast communications carrier, from November 2003 to July 2007. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Eureka Networks from March 1998 to November 2003. InfoHighway Communications was acquired by Broadview Networks in May of 2007.
