Born and raised in Houston, Emily C. Jeffcott earned her law degree at St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, in 2009.
Her practice focuses on actions brought under the False Claims Act, including representing whistleblowers from across the United States. Jeffcott has extensive experience in complex litigation, including anti-trust and mass/class action lawsuits, and multi-district litigation.
In 2013, she was named a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star, Louisiana Super Lawyer Rising Star, and a Top New Orleans Lawyer. In 2009, she was named the Third Best Advocate in the United States by the American Bar Association.
