“I have a long-term background in equity investments and am working to broaden those skills into other areas of investing and trading,” says Dr. French. Prior to her career transition into finance, Dr. French spent more than 35 years as a highly successful pioneer in the pharmacy industry, where some of her most notable milestones include being the first doctor of pharmacy in the state of Kansas as well as the first clinical pharmacist to round with physicians in Kansas.
In her present role as president of French & French, LLC, Dr. French executes all administrative operations of her business with the same precision and care utilized in all her years in pharmacy. Well aware of the changing global economic environment, Dr. French advices her clients accordingly. “A great investment five years ago would not necessarily be a great investment now,” she admits. Dr. French is currently in the process of refining her business and getting the additional trading education and experience necessary to increase financial resources for her family and retirement.
